What are we looking for?
Owner operators to run either a single or multi franchise operation.
High street, high profile locations preferred.
We are willing to refranchise an existing business be it a current food operation or florist or whatever.
You will be fully committed to a business that is hands on and open 7 days a week, you will be dedicated to exceeding your customer`s expectations.
You will have the ability to think for yourself whilst working within the framework provided you by Shelly's.
What does it cost?
There is a one off franchise licence fee of £14,990.
An ongoing management fee of 8% of turnover per month.
A contribution to national advertising of 2% per month.
There is a one of cost of the shop fit out to Shelly's specifications, however you remain in control of this spending whilst we will guide you on cost, the typical cost to fit out a 2000sq foot shop would be £55,000. This cost obviously varies with properties. This covers design plans, decorating, electrics, shop fitting, equipment from ovens and fridges to tea towels and gloves, flooring, exterior signage, A boards etc.
