An ongoing management fee of 8% of turnover per month. A contribution to national advertising of 2% per month. There is a one of cost of the shop fit out to Shelly's specifications, however you remain in control of this spending whilst we will guide you on cost, the typical cost to fit out a 2000sq foot shop would be £55,000. This cost obviously varies with properties. This covers design plans, decorating, electrics, shop fitting, equipment from ovens and fridges to tea towels and gloves, flooring, exterior signage, A boards etc.
