The domain is located in Brasov county, on the Rucar - Bran
corridor, in the area of the famous Castle of Count
Dracula, also known as Bran Castle. In all this area there
are European asphalt roads and county asphalt roads both
from Bucharest, Brasov, Campulung and from Sibiu.
The Rucar - Bran mountain corridor is an area located at an
altitude of 1400 m, which separates the mountain massifs of
Bucegi and Leaota, from Iezer and the Piatra Craiului
Mountains. The corridor is crossed by the transcarpathian
road with many serpentines DN73 / E574, which connects
Brasov with Campulung Muscel and which passes through the
two localities that give it its name Bran and Rucar. It
captures along it, among others, many tourist attractions of
the area such as: Piatra Dracului - surprising limestone
sharpening, Gorges and Dambovicioarei Cave, electrified cave
or Bat Cave from Pestera village and many others such as
Rasnoava fortress and Bran Castle (Castle of Count Dracula)
which is the most famous tourist attraction located along
the Rucar Corridor - Bran.
The year of completion of the construction was 2008 and the
domain has in its composition the following:
a) 44 143 sq m of land,
b) 3500 sqm built
c) Park of photovoltaic panels (65 Kwh) for energy
independence
d) The sports base consists of: FIFA and UEFA certified
football field; ATP certified tennis court; Tennis Court
(football with foot); The sports fields are arranged on a
concrete foundation, covered with synthetic turf, surrounded
by a 4 m high fence and have a night installation.
