Project Pie is a stylish, fast-casual restaurant where guests build their own artisan style pizza that we cook for them in the blink of an eye in a stupendously hot wood stone pizza oven. Seriously, our pizzas are perfect in no more than 3 minutes.
We have restaurants all over the US and in the Philippines. We opened last year in Dundee and have just opened a fantastic new store in Bromley. The model is as perfect as our pizza and a full team is in place ready to help you launch your Project Pie in the town of your choice.
Project Pie restaurants utilize an assembly line “build your own” service format that allows guests to choose among a number of pre-designed pies or build their own pie from a broad selection of fresh locally-sourced (whenever possible) toppings which is then assembled and baked in approximately two minutes in a high-heat stone hearth pizza oven.
Project Pie thin-crust pizzas feature our proprietary pizza dough which you will buy in a ready-to-mix condition and prepare fresh daily in your restaurant, a proprietary spice mix for preparing red sauce, and sustainable ingredients like hormone-free meat and organic produce where and when available.
With the emphasis on pizza, our menu includes a limited (but magical) number of non-pizza options and desserts.
Project Pie restaurants can offer guests a limited selection of beer and wine.

Also differentiating Project Pie is that we sell cheese-only pizzas for one price and all pizzas with additional toppings for a different price, but the same price, regardless of how many toppings, whether the pizza is customized by the guest or one of our signature predesigned pizzas – this gives the customer the chance to freely create their dream pizza without having to even think about the cost!
We call our look ‘vintage industrial’ and it fits our brand perfectly. You’ll understand that for an international franchise, a recognisable brand is majorly important – whether our guests are visiting us in California, Vegas, Manila or Bonny Scotland, they know they are going to get the full Project Pie experience they came for. Of course, that’s not to say we don’t want to incorporate a little local flavour into the décor to make an even more authentic experience! We’ll work with you on all aspects of design and restaurant fit out, just as we will with the location and building.
We will help you find and acquire the right premises for your Project Pie, design and fit it out so it’s ready to accommodate the hoards of hungry guests, guide you in choosing the best staff, help you market locally in addition to the national marketing overseen at head office and support you every step of the way to open amidst a veritable fanfare of excitement and PR!
We are looking for great business operators who love pizza. If you don’t love pizza, it’s probably just because you haven’t tried ours yet – did we mention it’s the best in the world?
After that, we won’t be too prescriptive. Food experience is a bonus rather than a pre-requisite, but you will need to demonstrate a track record of business success. We have multi-site developer opportunities available, so we are happy to discuss ambitious plans if you have the relevant experience and resources.
