The vast majority of our many thousands of customers buy regularly each week or fortnight, so as part of the Oakhouse network, you can look forward to building a strong, well-founded business, with customers who love the food and really appreciate the service. What we offer As part of our network of distributors you would have an exclusive area containing a large population, with a 10-year renewable contract. When developed, an area of this size is sufficient to run a business large enough to earn a six-figure income. Your basic operating setup consists of a local industrial unit; freezers to stock the food; several delivery vans and drivers and a small team of office sales staff. We generate interest in the Oakhouse service by advertising regularly on TV and with monthly advertisements in the mainstream magazines that our customers read (Such as Saga, Radio Times and Yours). To market our meals, we give every enquirer a substantial full-colour catalogue free, which illustrates and describes every meal and dessert. Prices are fixed for 6 months at a time, so customers always know where they stand. And we change the catalogue twice a year, so customers never get bored! When you buy a brand new Oakhouse franchise, we help to organise everything you need to get up and running. In our franchise prospectus we provide a detailed breakdown of what’s included in the New-Start package, but we believe it’s one of the most comprehensive packages available. And once you’ve started, we continue to enhance your investment by providing the majority of your sales and marketing materials free of charge (including our customer catalogues).
