Skills Required Express Franchisees will go through a thorough and complete training program, which includes two days intensive business training and three days on the job training with a qualified and experienced operator. It is also a requirement that Express Health & Fitness Franchisees will have a Certificate 3 and 4 in Personal Training, Express will help you obtain this should you not already have it.
